Understanding it

Aren't no-shows just part of the business?

A rate above zero is, sure. But rates vary enormously between practices with identical patients — because no-shows are mostly produced by the flow, not the people. Bookings that cool in silence, conflicts with no reschedule door, dropped slots with no backfill: all mechanical, all buildable. The free score shows which mechanism your schedule is missing.

Is this about punishing patients with fees?

No. Fees tax the leak; maintenance closes it. A confirmation rhythm, a tappable reschedule path, and a kind rebooking follow-up recover more revenue than any fee schedule — without spending goodwill. Fees can backstop the system; they can't be the system.

Why does your math use a 100% close rate?

Because a booked appointment already IS the sale — the slot was reserved, staffed, and counted on. When it empties, whole revenue walks. Our inquiry doors discount by the odds a lead converts; this door has no discount to hide behind, which is why the numbers sting.

How is this different from reminder software?

Most practices already OWN reminder software — half-configured, one text, no reschedule path, nobody owning it. We measure what your booked patients actually receive, find the gap, and finish the system — which sometimes means tuning what you own, not buying more.

Is my business a fit?

Who is this for?

Anyone whose revenue lives on a calendar: dental and medical clinics, salons and spas, therapy practices, consult-based services. If an empty slot is money gone, it fits.

Our no-show rate is only 10% — worth fixing?

Run the math: at 85 bookings a week and $200 average, 10% is over $7,000 a month. "Only" is doing heavy lifting in that sentence. And if you know your rate precisely, you're ahead of most — the first fix baselines the flow producing it, then repairs its weakest step.

We're a small practice with a personal touch — patients mostly show.

The personal touch IS a confirmation rhythm — you've built the system in human form. The score will likely say so. The question worth three minutes: what happens on the steps the personal touch can't reach, like 2am reschedule needs and same-day backfill?

Does this involve patient data or PHI?

No. Test bookings use personas we control; we measure your flow, never your patients, and the assessment asks about operations only.

How it works

What's in the free assessment?

Ten questions: business type, booking volume, confirmation speed, reminder ladder, reschedule paths, backfill, rebooking follow-up, appointment value. You get a 0–100 score, four axis scores worst-first, and a written report with a monthly empty-chair estimate from your own numbers.

Who writes the report?

The written analysis is produced by Claude, an AI model, from your answers and computed scores only — every claim traces to something you said. The scoring is published, deterministic math. We name the AI because it's true.

What does the $500 first fix actually involve?

One week, three parts. Days one and two: your no-show pattern baselined from your own book, with your written permission — rates by day and slot type, what reminders exist now, where the holes cluster — timestamped from your own records. Days three and four: ONE fix from the menu built and running — the reminder ladder, the waitlist refill, the same-day rebook, or the deposit config, whichever your worst axis picked. Day five: the before/after in writing, with a 30-day rate re-check included.

Will test bookings burn real slots?

They're cancelled properly ahead of appointment day — which is itself part of the measurement (what does a cancellation trigger at your practice?). No staff hours wasted, and every probe identified to you after the window closes.

Money, after, and objections

Why pay $500 when reminder vendors audit free?

A vendor's free audit concludes you need the vendor. The $500 buys five days of real measurement with no product to sell you — if your defenses hold, "confirmed, here's proof" is the deliverable, and the engagement can end there.

What do full builds cost?

From $2,500, quoted in writing from your first fix's before/after, scoped to your actual undefended step. The floor is published because hidden prices waste everyone's time.

What happens after I get my score?

You have the report and the estimate. Strong score — keep it, you're done. Leaking score — the report's next step is the $500 first fix, booked and prepaid online in one step. No sales sequence.

How do I know you won't inflate findings to sell a build?

The first fix leaves something installed either way, so "your schedule defends itself" is a finding we can afford to hand you. Every finding carries timestamps you can check. Estimates and measurements are labeled separately in writing — padding would show.

Never heard of you. Why trust you?

Don't — verify. The score is free and shows its work. The $500 first fix is measured against timestamps you can inspect — baseline and after. Every step is sized so you're never trusting us past the evidence in hand. Who we are: about page.
